Stone-ground Uji Matcha

The Matcha or powdered green tea is carefully made, using a stone miller to grind tea leaves picked in the prime tea-growing spot enveloped in fog in the traditional way, next to the Uji River in Kyoto.
Please enjoy the brilliant and deep green color and aroma unique to stone-ground Uji Matcha.

Uji Matcha Parfait (Uji Homare)

Please enjoy the multilayered flavor and aroma of Uji tea along with the lingering feeling.

介 Jelly

A dark-green brilliant jelly that seals in all the aroma and deliciousness of Uji Matcha, featuring a rice-flour dumpling texture and refined sweetness of Hokkaido-grown red-bean jam complement nice aroma of Matcha.
Please enjoy with Koicha (thick tea) sauce served separately.

Matcha zenzai
(Matcha-flavored sweet red-bean soup with pieces of rice cake)

Flavorful stone-ground Uji Matcha, garnished with red-bean jam of refined sweetness, plus savory roasted rice cake.

介 Gyokucha

Swirl the glass a little by hand to release a rich aroma at the head of the glass. First enjoy this to the full, then taste the tea by rolling it around your mouth, to bring out all the flavor of rich theanine and amino acid spreads.

Chocolate truffle using mellow Japanese chestnuts

Deep green brilliant Matcha couverture chocolate, with full-flavored sweet Japanese chestnut sealed in and decorated with gold leaf on top.

Daifuku (soft rice cake stuffed with sweetened bean paste) and Uji Organic Green Powdered Tea

A smooth-textured cream and Hokkaido-grown red-bean simmered with muscovado sugar are wrapped in soft Habutae Mochi (a Japanese sweet made from steamed and kneaded rice flour) and a generous sprinkling of freshly ground organic Matcha.
A very dainty Matcha Daifuku.

Uji Hojicha Parfait (Flame)

Please enjoy a combination of the spicy savor of roasted tea leaves and the mellow fresh flavor.

Seasonal Mont Blanc

Mont Blanc of a Matcha chestnut is made with cookie dough paved with crème d'amande and contains chestnut cream placed and wrapped in Matcha cream with a marron glacé. The marron glacé and Hokkaido-grown red-beans help spice up the savory stone-ground Matcha as the specialty of this established shop.

Uji Green Powdered Tea Warabi-Mochi

Freshly made chewy Warabi-Mochi using authentic warabi powder and the secret ingredient of Japanese sake as a glamorous and delicate masterpiece. Please enjoy with Koicha (thick tea) sauce served separately.
